What's included in a Punch Needle Kit?
Hoop & Fabric
The majority of kits come with a hoop with pre-stretched monks cloth., I have already completed this step for you. All you have to do is start punching. This is a single use frame once you have completed your kit, it is part of the finished product, simply hang up!
Punch Needle
The kits are designed with specific needle sizes in mind. The Lavor Adjustable Punch needles are an optional purchase with the kits. If you already have punch needles, see the “recommended for” as to what size needle the kit was designed to be punched with.
Pattern
Depending on the kit you choose, the pattern will either be a paper template on a printable A4 sheet, which you will transfer onto the fabric of your prestretched hoop. Or the pattern will be predrawn for you on the fabric depending on the kit.
Instructions
A4 paper instructions are provided outlining what is punch needle, how to thread the needle, how to transfer the pattern if applicable, step by step instructions in completing the kit, finishing techniques, and troubleshooting questions!
Wool
Depending on kit choice, they contain selection of rug wool or 3ply Aran Weight wool. Produced in Irish Mills, combining Irish wool with New Zealand Fibres. Some kits include 100% Native Irish Wool from the Pure Bred Galway Sheep. Woven in Nature.

Botanical Collection
Inspired by the land, this Botanical Wildflower Collection are the perfect punch needle kits for those who love the outdoors and want to bring a bit of nature into the home.
Suitable for adventurous beginers or those with experience in punch needle, the Camomile kit includes a tufted yellow centre for the flower. The Fushia is suited to those with more patience and there is a bit of changing yarns to get the shading and stamens. The Bluebell is most suited to beginners.

The Sea Collection
The lighthouse punch needle kit was inspired by the unusual arc of Galley Head Lighthouse in West Cork. I love the solitude and stability of the lighthouse. Punch your own guiding light.
Big Fluffy Cloud is for the day dreamers who love to ly back and look at the big fluffy clouds in the sky and dream, make shapes, various images out of the clouds. The sea is constantly changing and so is the wool for the sea!

Taster Kits
The Taster punch needle kit packs a punch for value, it contains a 5” hoop, a piece of monks cloth, samples of yarn, instructions for the adjustable punch needle, the adjustable punch needle. Having the correct combination of tools is often the hardest part in getting started and is the most frustrating part for beginners. These starter kits are a handy little gift for any occasion. There is no design, you are free to design your own punch needle project.
Taster DIY punch needle kit includes:
