Oxford Punch Needle Collection

74.95

The Oxford Punch Needle Collection has 3 variations available, the collections contain needles that compliment each other, one needle in the set is boxed and the other is unboxed:

  • #10 Regular Boxed with #14 Fine (also known as “The Mini”) unboxed or
  • #9 Regular Boxed with #13 Fine
  • #13 Fine (“The Mini With heels” unboxed with #14 Fine “The Mini” boxed

Please read below for further details on the Oxford Punch Needle.

The regular needles are excellent for thicker yarns or wool fabric and the fine needles are suitable for thinner yarns.  When Amy Oxford first started making punch needles she only made #9 Regulars!!  Amy’s current favourite is the #13 fine and the 2 work very well together. The #9 makes 3/8″ loop and the #13 makes a 3/16″ loop called the mini with heels!

I use my trusty #10 Regular all the time and I love the contrast in loop sizes with the #10 (1/4″) and #14 (1/8″).

The Oxford Punch Needles features:

  • Ergonomically Designed for comfort and speed
  • Maple Handle
  • Electro Polished Stainless Steel Needle
  • Lifetime money back guarantee
  • For use with Yarn, cut strips of wool and other fabrics
  • Designed by Punch Needle expert Amy Oxford
  • The Fine Needle has a screw eye feature

The unboxed needle is the needle alone.  The boxed version includes a decorative box collector’s box, stitch gauge and a 32 page booklet showing you everything you need to know to get started, materials needed, frames, how to stretch your fabric, how to punch, hem your rug, and how to look after your rugs.

The fine Oxford Punch Needle has a screw eye on the bottom of the needle which help the finer punch needle yarns stay in the channel of the needle.  Only the fine needles have this screw eye feature.
