Tickets for in person classes and workshops are non-refundable unless a notice of cancellation is emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org 72 hours before your class. We would appreciate as much notice as possible so we can try and fill your spot. Cancellations within 72hrs are eligible for a refund in the form of a gift certificate to be used towards a future class. Our workshops require a minimum number of participants to run, we will notify you 48hrs is advance of the workshop if enrolment does not reach this number. If we have to cancel you will be notified asap and a full refund will be offered or transfer your place to a different workshop of the same value.
